This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Fonts and images are served from the same host. One exception: the site is delivered through Cloudflare, which injects its Web Analytics beacon at the edge on every page, and we cannot remove it.

What the service processes

When BugRunner is used, it handles account details, project settings, the target URLs, any test credentials you provide, run logs, bug reports, screenshots and videos, billing metadata, support messages and the tokens needed to connect your integrations. Integration secrets are encrypted at rest.

How it is used

To run the tests you ask for, file issues and send notifications, process payments, secure accounts, prevent abuse, fix incidents and meet legal duties. Personal data is not sold.

Personal data on tested pages

A synthetic user may see personal data on the pages it visits. With privacy mode on, emails, phone numbers and card numbers are masked in titles, descriptions and steps before reports are stored or filed. Test against staging or test accounts where you can.

Processors

AI model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI, depending on configuration), a payment processor (Stripe), hosting and object storage providers, a transactional email provider, and the issue trackers and notification tools you connect.

Retention and your rights

Account, billing and audit records are kept as long as needed for the service, security, tax and legal reasons. Reports, screenshots and videos follow the retention controls in the product, and you can close your account from its settings. Under the LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask for access, correction, export, deletion or objection. Send the request to the founder on WhatsApp.

International processing

The service and its processors may process data outside Brazil, with contractual and technical safeguards.
